THE MISSION IS DEDICATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DIVERSE POPULATION OF YOUTH (12-18) AND YOUNG ADULTS (19-24); INCLUDING LOW-TO-MODERATE GEOGRAPHIC AREAS, TO CULTIVATE EXPOSURE & OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD POSITIVE PERSPECTIVES OF LIFE WITH AN EMPHASIS ON HIGHER EDUCATION, ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.

FOLLOW.LEAD.SUCCEED PROGRAM - LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP PLATFORM FOR STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY ENGAGED YOUTH AND FLS ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM- YOUTH TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS LIFE COACHING AND PARENTING EDUCATION PROVIDES A PLATFORM OF SUPPORT; CULTIVATING INDIVIDUALS LIKE SKILLS ENHANCE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAY CONTRIBUTE TO DIGRESSIONS SUCH AS LACK OF PARENT EDUCATION, LOW ADVOCACY FOR MINORITY CHILDREN & FAMILIES, STUDENT TRUANCY, ACADEMIC DISTRESS AND MORE; WHICH ALL MAY RESULT IN JUVENILE COURT CASES.


ACADEMIC SERVICES PROVIDED TO HS STUDENTS WHO HAVE WITHDRAWN, DROPPED OUT OR BEEN EXPELLED TO OBTAIN A HS DIPLOMA THROUGH GED, IN THE FORM OF PREP CLASSES AND TESTING VOUCHERS. ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE WHO EXCEL IN EDUCATION AND SEEK HIGH EDUCATION THROUGH COLLEGE OR TECH INSTITUTIONS.
