TO PROVIDE THE WAIANAE COMMUNITY, ESPECIALLY ITS YOUTH WITH EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT, JOB TRAINING AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS AS CITIZENS OF LOCAL AND GLOBAL COMMUNITIES.

THE SEARIDER DIGITAL PROGRAM PROVIDES THE STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE CREATIVE IN THE FORM OF MULTI-MEDIA IN GRAPHICS ARTS AND DESIGN, ENTREPRENEURISM, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, COMPUTER SCIENCE, 2D&3D ANIMATION AND WRITING. ENHANCED SOCIAL SKILLS ARE A SMALL SUBSET OF THE EDUCATIONAL RELIEF THAT IS OBTAINED IN THE PROGRAM. 25 COLLEGE STUDENTS HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM SINCE 2010 WITH 6 HIGH SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS IN YE 21-22.
