THE CORPORATION'S PURPOSE IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR AND AWARD ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDIES AT OREGON COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES, AND TO EDUCATE LOCAL BUSINESS LEADERS ABOUT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND INTERCULTURAL EXCHANGES FOR THE CITY OF PORTLAND AND THE STATE OF OREGON.

Part 3 - Line 4a

DURING 2023 THE CORPORATION AWARDED ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS TO OREGON STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDIES. TEN STUDENTS FROM FIVE OREGON UNIVERSITIES WERE AWARDED $3,000 SCHOLARSHIPS. THE PARTICIPATING UNIVERSITIES WERE PORTLAND STATE UNIVERSITY, LEWIS AND CLARK COLLEGE, OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY, THE UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND AND THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON.


DURING 2023 AN IN PERSON GALA WAS HELD CALLED "CELEBRATE TRADE". CELEBRATE TRADE WAS HELD TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS AND TO EDUCATE LOCAL BUSINESS LEADERS ABOUT THE SIGNIFICANCE OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND INTERCULTURAL EXCHANGES IN THE CITY OF PORTLAND AND THE STATE OF OREGON.
