THE MISSION AND VISION STATEMENTS SET FORTH BY THE GTIHL ARE NOT ONLY OUR PLANS AND GOALS BUT GUIDELINES BY WHICH OUR ORGANIZATION WAS FOUNDED AND OPERATES. WE STRIVE TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAD A FAMILY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE AND GAVE PLAYERS IN EACH OF OUR DIVISIONS A LEAGUE IN WHICH THEY CAN PLAY. OUR RINK MANAGERS KEPT UP THE FACILITY AND MAKE SURE THE GROUNDS WERE CLEAN, AND EACH OF THE OFFICIALS ARE CERTIFIED BY A HIGHER GOVERNING BODY EITHER USA HOCKEY OR AAU INLINE CERTIFIED, TO ENSURE A SAFE AND COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE GTIHL BOARD MEMBERS HAVE MADE IT A PRIORITY TO ATTEND THE RINK REGULARLY TO CHECK UP ON THE TEAMS AND MEET THE PLAYERS AND FANS. ALSO, AT THE END OF THE SEASON LAST YEAR, THE GTIHL THREW A PLAYER APPRECIATION PARTY WHERE FANS AND PLAYERS COULD ATTEND GAMES AND WERE GIVEN FREE FOOD. THE ACTIVITIES PROVE THAT THE GTIHL IS CONSTANTLY WORKING TOWARDS THE PHILOSOPHIES SET FORTH BY THE ORIGINATIONS CORE GOALS AND VALUES.
