THE MEETING PROVIDES A GLOBAL FORUM FOR DISCUSSION OF A BROAD RANGE OF ISSUES RELATED TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF A WIDE VARIETY OF BIORESPOSITORIES INCLUDING HUMAN, ANIMAL, SEED, MUSEUM AND ENVIRONMENTAL COLLECTIONS.
VIRTUAL OPERATIONS - THE SYMPOSIUM WILL INCLUDE INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS, NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, ABSTRACT PRESENTATIONS, AND AN EXHIBIT HALL.
BEST PRACTICE - THE PROGRAM PROVIDES AN INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR THE PRACTICE OF BIOBANKING AND ADDRESSES TECHNICAL, LEGAL, ETHICAL, AND MANAGERIAL ISSUES RELEVANT TO ALL TYPES OF REPOSITORIES OF BIOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIMENS AND ASSOCIATED DATA.
