FOCUSED ON ADVANCING PARTNERSHIPS WITHIN THE GREATER PORTLAND COMMUNITY AND NATIONALLY, RCI EMPHASIZES MATERIAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY EXCHANGE. RCI IS DEDICATED TO FOSTERING SOCIALLY CONSCIOUS, CRITICALLY ENGAGED MAKERS ACROSS A SPECTRUM OF MEDIUMS, OUTCOMES AND ASPIRATIONS.
