EDUCATION ANALYTICS' DATA ANALYTICS RESEARCH AND REPORTING SERVICES FOCUS ON PROVIDING TECHNICAL METRICS, SUCH AS STUDENT GROWTH MEASURES AND CONSULTING TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS, STATES, AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THE AIM IS TO IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE OF TEACHER AND SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS AND OTHER HUMAN CAPITAL SYSTEMS, PROVIDING POLICY DESIGN AND CONSULTING SERVICES IN AREAS RELATED TO EDUCATOR EFFECTIVENESS AND HUMAN CAPITAL SYSTEMS, AND TRAINING CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS ON THE TECHNICAL AND POLICY WORK.


FUTURE FORWARD IS A COST-EFFECTIVE, RESEARCH-BASED EARLY LITERACY INTERVENTION THAT WORKS. FUTURE FORWARD'S PROGRAM MODEL IS PROVEN TO IMPROVE STUDENT READING ACHIEVEMENT BY INTEGRATING ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING AND FAMILY ENGAGEMENT INTO ITS DESIGN. THE PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY SERVES ASPIRING READERS IN GRADES K-3. BY REACHING CHILDREN THROUGH A MULTI-TIERED STRATEGY THAT AFFECTS DIFFERENT ELEMENTS OF THEIR DAILY EXPERIENCE, FUTURE FORWARD IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN ANY ONE APPROACH OR INTERVENTION ON ITS OWN. EACH FUTURE FORWARD SITE IS SUPERVISED BY A CERTIFIED TEACHER OR YOUTH-SERVING PROFESSIONAL AND A DEDICATED STAFF MEMBER AT EACH SITE REACHES OUT TO FUTURE FORWARD FAMILIES, PROVIDING RESOURCES TO HELP ADULTS SUPPORT THEIR CHILDREN'S ACADEMIC SUCCESS.
