ORGANIZATION HELPS KIDS SUCCEED ACADEMICALLY BY IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING UNMET NEEDS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE DROPOUT RATE. WHETHER EYEGLASSES, TUTORING, OR A SAFE PLACE TO BE, WHEN BASIC NEEDS ARE MET, STUDENTS CAN CONCENTRATE ON WHAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT - LEARNING. COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS OF TENNESSEE IS PARTNERED WITH NASHVILLE SCHOOLS. EMBEDDED IN THE SCHOOLS, WE IDENTIFY AND MOBILIZE COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND FOSTER COOPERATIVE PARTNERSHIPS TO DELIVER FIVE BASICS FOR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES AS FOLLOWS: 1.
