DCYIA'S GOAL IS TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR BOTH DEAF ADULTS AND YOUTH IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE. IT DOES THIS PRIMARILY BY GIVING WEEK-LONG WORKSHOPS FOR BOTH DEAF YOUTH AND DEAF ADULTS (TRAINING THE TRAINERS) ON SITE.
