GHC IS A CHC DEEMED FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER OFFERING PRIMARY CARE, PEDIATRICS, PSYCHIATRIC, SUBSTANCE USE, OB/GNY AND MIDWIFERY SERVICES IN CONVENIENT LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT CENTRAL VT AND THE UPPER VALLEY. FAMILY-FRIENDLY PRIMARY CARE PRACTICES ARE ALL PATIENT-CENTERED MEDICAL HOMES AND UNIQUELY DEDICATED TO PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY, ACCESSIBLE CARE.
