CONSULTING SERVICES FEE BASED CUSTOM DESIGNED SERVICES TO MEET THE ORGANIZATIONS NEEDS IN AREAS SUCH AS BOARD ASSESSMENT, BOARD TRAINING, STRATEGIC PLANNING, POLICY AND PROCEDURE REVIEW AND DEVELOPMENT, CAPITAL CAMPAIGN STUDIES, FUNDRAISING AND COMMITTEE WORK, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SEARCHES, AND BOARD DEVELOPMENT.


EDUCATION AND TRAINING THE CENTER OFFERS SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS OF INTEREST TO STAFF, BOARD MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS IN THE NONPROFIT COMMUNITY. TOPICS INCLUDE GOVERNANCE, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, MARKETING, FUNDRAISING, AND SUCCESSION PLANNING. PARTICIPANT FEES ARE CHARGED AS DETERMINED BY THE CENTER.


NONPROFIT EXECUTIVE LEADER CERTIFICATION NELC THE NELC PROGRAM IS A SERIES OF NINE FULL DAY COURSES DESIGNED TO HELP PARTICIPANTS TO BRIDGE THE GAP IN NONPROFIT LEADERSHIP BY BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF STRONG, EMERGING LEADERS WHO ARE PREPARED TO LEAD, INNOVATE AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY. TUITION IS CHARGED AS DETERMINED ANNUALLY.
