WE EMPOWER GIRLS AND GENDER-EXPANSIVE YOUTH THRU MUSIC EDUCATION, CREATIVE ARTS, COMMUNITY, AND POSITIVE MENTORSHIP. WE PROVIDE A BRAVE, DIVERSE, AND INCLUSIVE SPACE TO YOUTH. WE ENVISION AN EQUITABLE WORLD THAT CELEBRATES CREATIVITY, EMBRACES AUTHENCITY, AND VALUES ALL VOICES.

WE HAVE A VARIETY OF EXPERIENCES FOR OUR PARTICIPANTS. 1. AMPLIFY SLEEP AWAY CAMP: SUMMER IMMERSION PROGRAM WHERE YOUTH UP TO 18 YEARS OLD PARTICIPATE IN DAILY MUSIC + CREATIVE ARTS INSTRUCTION, AS WELL AS EMPOWERING AND BONDING ACTIVITIES AND TRIPS, AND CULMINATES IN A CAMP-WIDE FINAL SHOWCASE OF ORIGINAL WORK. ANNUALLY SERVES ~300 YOUTH. 2. SYRYN RECORDS: YOUTH-RUN RECORD LABEL AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM WHERE YOUTH UP TO 25 YEARS OLD COLLABORATIVELY LEARN ABOUT THE MUSIC INDUSTRY AND RUN THEIR OWN LABEL ALONGSIDE ACCOMPLISHED INDUSTRY LEADERS, CULMINATING IN A PUBLIC FINAL SHOWCASE OF ORIGINAL WORK. ANNUALLY SERVES ~100 YOUTH. 3. TEEN WELLNESS RETREAT: WEEKEND IMMERSION PROGRAM WHERE YOUTH UP TO 18 YEARS OLD PARTICIPATE IN DAILY EMPOWERING, BONDING, AND ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES FOCUSED ON OVERALL MENTAL/EMOTIONAL WELLNESS. ANNUALLY SERVES ~100 YOUTH.
