THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO FACILITATE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM EMPLOYEES OF UAV COMMUNICATIONS INC (D/B/A "BOSH GLOBAL SERVICES"), THE BOSH GROUP LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES TO 501(C)3 ORGANIZATIONS. THE FOUNDATION CONDUCTS AN ANNUAL CAMPAIGN, SIMILAR TO A UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN, WHERE EMPLOYEES CAN MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FOUNDATION AND IF THEY CHOOSE THE EMPLOYEE MAY DESIGNATE THE CHARITY TO WHICH THEIR CONTRIBUTION IS ULTIMATELY DONATED BY THE FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION ALSO CONDUCTS PERIODIC CAMPAIGNS FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO SPECIFIC CHARITIES SUCH AS MARCH OF DIMES OR WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT. THE FOUNDATION SOLICITS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY AND FROM THIRD PARTY BUSINESSES IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSE, THESE EFFORTS INCLUDE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS ORGANIZING AND SUPPORTING A MARCH OF DIMES WALK, A WOUNDED WARRIOR COOKOUT OR FUNDRAISING EVENT TO BENEFIT A SPECIFIC CHARITY. THE FOUNDATION SOLICITS SUPPORT FROM OTHER BUSINESSES FOR THESE EVENTS. THE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTES ALL CONTRIBUTIONS COLLECTED FROM THESE EVENTS TO THE DESIGNATED CHARITIES.
