100 OF PEER-TO-PEER FUNDRAISING AS PART OF PADRES PEDAL THE CAUSE WILL GO TO MOORES CANCER CENTER AT SAN DIEGO HEALTH, THE SALK INSTITUTE FOR BIOLOGICAL STUDIES, SANFORD BURNHAM PREBYS MEDICAL DISCOVERY INSTITUTE AND RADYS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL SAN DIEGO FOR THE BENEFIT OF CANCER RESEARCH. FURTHERMORE, THE ABOVE REFERENCED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RECOGNIZED AS EXEMPT 501 C 3 ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE PUBLIC CHARITIES, WHOSE PURPOSES FULFILL THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ENTERED INTO A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH ALL THE ABOVE REFERENCED ORGANIZATIONS TO COOPERATE IN THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION OF PROMOTING AWARENESS AND ITS FUNDRAISING EFFORTS FOR CANCER RESEARCH.
