LEMMON AREA MEDICAL ASSOCIATION (THE ASSOCIATION) IS A NONPROFIT ASSOCIATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO OPERATE FIVE COUNTIES NURSING HOME AND TO RAISE THE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR ITS OPERATION. FIVE COUNTIES NURSING HOME CONSISTS OF A 40-BED NURSING HOME. FOR THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDED 13,410 NURSING HOME DAYS OF CARE.
