IN 2016, THE PRIMARY OPERATIONS OF THE ABERDEEN SENIOR CENTER WERE TRANSFERRED TO THE CITY OF ABERDEEN. THE REMAINING ACTIVITIES OF ORGANIZATION ARE THE ABERDAK SENIOR CLUB AND THE POOL CLUB WHICH CONTINUE TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR SENIORS.
