THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FOR 24 HOUR BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF HURON AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. HURON AMBULANCE RUNS AN AVERAGE OF 800 CALLS PER YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES STANDBY SERVICES AT FIRES, ATHLETIC EVENTS, AND COMMUNITY FUNCTIONS. COMMUNITY TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED IN CPR/BASIC LIFE SUPPORT.
