ICAN SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROVIDES JOB SEARCH, PLACEMENT AND ON THE JOB TRAINING & SUPPORT FOR OUR CLIENTS. CLIENTS ARE EMPLOYED AT MINIMUM WAGE OR ABOVE JOBS & INTERNSHIPS. COACHING IS PROVIDED ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS. FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND BY LOCAL NON-PROFIT AGENCIES.


ICAN DAY PROGRAMS ICAN'S DAY PROGRAMS TEACH LIFE SKILLS AND PROVIDES SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS THROUGH CLASSES, CLUBS & ACTIVITIES. EACH COACH WORKS WITH THREE CLIENTS. DURING 2021 MANY OF OUR SERVICES WERE PROVIDED OVER ZOOM. FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA THROUGH LOCAL NON-PROFIT AGENCIES.


ICAN SOCIAL PROGRAMS & MARKETPLACE ICAN PROVIDES WEEKEND ACTIVITIES AND MULTI-DAY CAMPS FOR OUR CLIENTS. ACTIVITIES ARE FUNDED BY CLIENTS, CLIENT FAMILIES AND DONATIONS. COVID LIMITED ICAN TO 2 CAMPS IN 2021 ICAN MARKETPLACE PROVIDES CLIENTS WITH (POP UP) SALES AND SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES.
