FUTURE FUNDING FOR THIS PROJECT WILL LIKELY BE AWARDED UNDER THE LINN-BENTON HOUSING AUTHORITY AND NOT NEW ROOTS HOUSING. THE EXPENSES AND CONSTRUCTION IN PROGRESS FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY.
