THE CCTS SELLS GENTLY USED ITEMS DONATED BY THE COMMUNITY AND DONATES PROFIT TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS HELPING CITIZENS WHO ARE AGED, ILL, HANDICAPPED, UNEMPLOYED, LOW-INCOME, INDIGENT AND UNDERPRIVILEGED.

THE CCTS DONATED $62,500 TO THE UPSON COUNTY MINISTERIAL ASSOCIATION WHICH USES FUNDS TO (1) COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES ASSISTANCE FOR RENT, UTILITIES, AND MEDICATION, (2) CANCER CAR MINISTY THAT PROVIDES FREE TRANSPORTATION TO TREATMENT FACILITIES FOR CANCER PATIENTS, AND (3) TRANSIENT FUND THAT PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO TRAVELERS IN NEED.


THE CCTS CONTRIBUTED $15,000 TO SUPPORT THAT PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO CANCER PATIENTS IN UPSON COUNTY.


THE CCTS DONATED $7,000 TO THE EMPTY STOCKING FUND, WHICH PROVIDES FOOD, CLOTHING AND GIFTS FOR FAMILIES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. EACH FAMILY HAS TO BE APPROVED TO RECEIVE SUPPORT.
