PROVIDING SUBSIDIZED TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND PROGRAM SERVICES TO PARTICIPANTS TO HELP THEM BECOME FINANCIALLY STABLE AND MOVE TO MORE TRADITIONAL HOUSING. PROVIDING BELOW MARKET LOT RENTS TO ELDERLY AND LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS.


PROVIDING PROGRAM SERVICES TO PARTICIPANTS AND RESIDENTS INCLUDING MENTORING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT EDUCATION, PARENTING EDUCATION, NUTRITION EDUCATION, AND JOB HUNTING AND JOB SKILLS TRAINING. HELPING PARTICIPANTS AND RESIDENTS LEARNING HEALTHY DAILY LIVING SKILLS, CONNECTING THEM WITH AREA RESOURCES, AND HELPING THEM TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY SUPPORT NETWORK.
