BLC-RED WING, DBA SEMINARY HOME, IS A 84 BED LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY IN RED WING, MINNESOTA WHICH PROVIDES SKILLED NURSING CARE TO THE ELDERLY.THE FACILITY HAD 75% OCCUPANCY AND SERVED 188 INDIVIDUALS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 6/30/18. THE COMPANY TRANSFERED TO A NEW BUILDING IN MAY 2018. A NEW 64 BED, TWO STORY, 47,400 SQ.FT FACILITIY CONSITING OF 4 "16 ROOM HOUSEHOLDS" OPENED IN MAY 2018, REPLACING THE EXISTING BUILDING.
