ORGANIZATIONAL ADMINISTRATION INCLUDING PAYABLES/RECEIVABLES, CONDUCTING MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS, COORDINATING CONTRACTS, AND MAINTAINING THE WEBSITE. BENEFITS APPROXIMATELY 550,000 PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THE LOWER DUPAGE RIVER WATERSHED.
COORDINATE WATERSHED MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT PROGRAM FOR THE LOWER DUPAGE RIVER WATERSHED. DATA TO BE USED BY LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND THE ILLINOIS EPA. BENEFITS APPROXIMATELY 550,000 PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE LOWER DUPAGE RIVER WATERSHED.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PRE AND POST-DAM REMOVAL MONITORING AT THE HAMELL WOODS DAM, FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE HAMILL WOODS DAM REMOVAL, FEES PAID FOR STUDIES AND AN INTEGRATED PRIORITY SYSTEM UPGRADE TO HELP DETERMINE THE BEST PROJECTS TO UNDERTAKE FOR IMPROVED IN-STREAM HABITAT AND WATER QUALITY.
