NEW VISIONS HIGH SCHOOL FOR ADVANCED MATH AND SCIENCE II STRIVES TO FOSTER SCHOLARS' INTELLECTUAL CURIOSITY AND LOVE FOR LEARNING, BALANCING THIS ACADEMIC COMMITMENT WITH A FOCUS ON CULTIVATING MORAL CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY. THE SCHOOL BELIEVES THAT ALL SCHOLARS SHOULD BE CHALLENGED ACADEMICALLY AND ASKED TO USE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS TO DISCOVER, ANALYZE, AND CRITIQUE REAL WORLD ISSUES. THE SCHOOL ALSO BELIEVES THAT SCHOLARS SHOULD BE EQUIPPED WITH THE READING, WRITING, AND SPEAKING SKILLS TO COMMUNICATE EASILY AND PERSUASIVELY THEIR IDEAS TO OTHERS.
