EYES ABOVE THE HORIZON (EAH) IS A SINGLE DAY FLIGHT ORIENTATION AND STEM-FOCUSED PROGRAM TARGETING SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN AGES 10-19. THE PROGRAM AIMS TO DEVELOP AND FOSTER AN INTEREST IN AEROSPACE CAREERS THROUGH FLIGHT INTRODUCTIONS, MENTORSHIP, AND IMMERSION INTO THE RICH HISTORY AND LEGACY OF THE TUSKEGEE AIRMEN.
PASSION, ATTITUDE, RESPONSIBILITY (PAR) MOTIVATIONS ARE SINGLE-DAY PUBLIC AND VIRTUAL ENGAGEMENTS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE INDIVIDUAL GROWTH BY ENCOURAGING STUDENTS TO PURSUE THEIR PASSION, POSSESS THE RIGHT ATTITUDE, AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
