INCREASE REAL FOOD ACCESS: CONDUCT REAL CERTIFICATION OF FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS WITHIN K-12 SCHOOL DISTRICTS . REAL CERTIFICATION EVALUATES FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS ACROSS A SERIES OF KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KPIS SUCH AS NUTRITIONAL CONTENT OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES SERVED PREPARATION METHODS PORTION SIZES AND SOURCES OF FOODS. PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUPPORT SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO CREATE ACTION PLANS AND MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AS WELL AS EVALUATE UPDATES MADE.


INCREASE REAL FOOD AWARENESS: PROVIDE CONSUMER EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION THROUGH EAT REAL DIGITAL MATERIALS IN PERSON MEETINGS PRESENTATIONS AND VIRTUAL MEETINGS PRESENTATIONS.
