THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED IN JANUARY 2012 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING, OWNING AND OPERATING A 57 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX LOCATED IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND. THE CORPORATION PROVIDES HOUSING FOR VERY LOW INCOME OR DISABLED PERSONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
