SINCE 2010 STRIVE2THRIVE HAS SERVED 1,005 MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN THROUGH OUR PHASE I AND PHASE II PROGRAMS. S2T HAS IMPACTED THE LOCAL WORKFORCE BY AN OVERALL INCREASE IN PARTICIPANT EMPLOYMENT OF 61.5% OVER THE LIFE OF THE PROGRAM. THE NUMBER OF LIFESTYLE UPGRADES AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OUTCOMES HAS BEEN PHENOMENAL. MANY OF OUR PARTICIPANTS HAVE ALSO COMPLETED TECHNICAL/COLLEGE DEGREES AND TWO PARTICIPANTS HAVE GONE ON TO PURSUE GRADUATE DEGREES AND ONE IS CURRENTLY IN HER 3RD YEAR OF PHARMACY SCHOOL. IN 2018-2019 THE PROGRAM SERVED 239 INDIVIDUALS IN BOTH OUR PHASE I AND PHASE II PROGRAMS. AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2019, 68 FAMILIES (182 INDIVIDUALS, COMPRISED OF 72 ADULTS AND 110 CHILDREN) WERE ENROLLED IN OUR PHASE II PROGRAM. THE STATISTICS FOR THESE 68 FAMILIES ENROLLED IN THE PHASE II-TWO YEAR PROGRAM INCLUDE: 90% GAINFULLY EMPLOYED 100% RESIDE IN SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING 86% OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION 98% HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED 62% ENROLLED IN POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION 79% ACTIVELY ENROLLED IN MONITORED MONTHLY SAVINGS PLANS S2T HELD ITS 2-DAY ANNUAL PARENT/CHILD ENGAGEMENT RETREAT AT CALLAWAY GARDENS LODGE IN JUNE 2019. TEN FAMILIES (30 INDIVIDUALS) PARTICIPATED IN TEAMBUILDING, PERSONAL, FAMILY DEVELOPMENT AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
