IT IS THE MISSION OF THE CAPITAL CITY CASA TO ADVOCATE FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN WITH THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF MISSOURI, BASED ON THE BELIEF THAT ALL CHILDREN ARE ENTITLED TO A SAFE AND PERMANENT HOME. THE MISSION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH TRAINED VOLUNTEERS IN COOPERATION WITH THE COURTS, KEY AGENCIES, LEGAL COUNSEL AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES.
