THROUGH THE KEEP GRASSROOTS FUNDING PROGRAM NON-PROFIT, KENTUCKY-AFFILIATED HORSE CLUBS AND ORGANIZATION QUALIFY FOR GRANT MONEY FOR HORSE SHOWS TO PURCHASE ITEMS SUCH AS CLASS SPONSORSHIP AND RIBBONS AND TROPHIES.
