THE PURPOSE OF THE ACADEMY IS TO PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE QUALIFIED PRIVATE BUSINESS OWNERS, NOT-FOR-PROFIT LEADERS, AND PROFESSIONALS WILL BE INTRODUCED TO NEW THEORIES OF BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY, SUCH AS APPROACHING THE WORLD IN A POSITIVE MANNER AND A NEW THEORY OF EXONOMISC ("ECOSYNOMICS"), AND EXPERIENCE, IN THE LABORATORY SETTING, A WORKING MODEL. THE GOAL OF TRAINING INDIVIDUALS WITH THIS MODEL IS FOR THEM OT ACHIEVE BETTER RELATIONSHIPS, LESS STRESS, INCREASED QUALITY OF LIFE AND A LONGER LIFE RESULTING IN A CONSCIOUS JOURNEY OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.
