THE WHITE HAT FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO ADMINSTER THE FOUNDATION'S ASSETS AND INCOME EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES; THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES; THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS DONE SOLELY THROUGH THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM; THE ALLOCATION OF FOUNDATION RESOURCES IN A MANNER DESIGNATED TO EFFECT LONG TERM BENEFICIAL IMPROVEMENTS IN AND TO FAVORABLY IMPACT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND CAUSES; AND AT ALL TIMES AND WITHIN SUCH PURPOSES TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, LITERARY, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986.
