OUR CRITICAL MISSION IS TO MARSHALL A 100% VOLUNTEER STAFF TO ETERNALLY HONOR OUR DECEASED VETERANS AND THEIR SPOUSES AT GEORGIA NATIONAL CEMETERY IN CANTON, GA. OUR COUNCIL RAISES FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE CEMETERY DIRECTOR AND STAFF IN ESTABLISHING PROGRAMS AND EVENTS NOT FUNDED BY THE NAIONAL CEMETERY ASSOCIATION WHICH SERVES OUR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILILIES. WE ALSO OBTAIN THE SUPPORT OF AND COOPERATION BY MUNICIPAL,COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL OFFICES FOR COUNCIL ENDEAVORS. ALL TO ENHANCE THE SACRED GROUND WHICH IS GEORGIA NATIONAL CEMETERY.

COUNCIL PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND COORDINATION OF OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS INCLUDING: 1) VOLUNTARY STAFFING OF VISITOR CENTER; 2) PATRIOT GUARD RIDERS; 3) INTERMENTS; 4) VETERAN'S DAY; 5) ENTRANCE SIGNAGE BESIDE HIGHWAY 20.
