THE ORGANIZATION RECRUITS AND PLACES AMBITIOUS AFRICANS IN REMOTE, HIGH POVERTY COMMUNITIES IN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES FOR A YEAR, GIVING THEM THE CHANCE TO BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION FOR THEIR OWN COUNTRIES.
