CCH - SAUK CENTRE IS PART OF A LARGER INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM KNOWN AS CENTRACARE HEALTH, A SYSTEM RECOGNIZED FOR BEING A LEADER IN PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY, COMPREHENSIVE CARE THROUGHOUT THE REGION. CCH - SAUK CENTRE IS A 25 BED CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL THAT PROVIDES ACUTE CARE SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF MEDICAL, SURGICAL, DIAGNOSTIC AND OBSTETRICS ALONG WITH OTHER SERVICES OF 24 HOUR EMERGENCY ROOM, IMAGING, LABORATORY, REHABILITATION, AND CHEMOTHERAPY TO THE COMMUNITY OF STEARNS COUNTY. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021 THERE WERE 572 INPATIENT VISITS, 2,172 INPATIENT DAYS WITH 34,076 OUTPATIENT VISITS.


CCH - SAUK CENTRE OPERATES THE SAUK CENTRE CLINIC, SAUK CENTRE LAKESHORE ESTATES, AND SAUK CENTRE CARE CENTER, WHICH ARE ALL CONVENIENTLY CONNECTED TO THE SAUK CENTRE HOSPITAL FOR THE HEALTH NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY. SAUK CENTRE CLINIC PROVIDES SERVICES OF GENERAL SURGERY, NEUROLOGY, OBSTETRICS/GYNECOLOGY, ONCOLOGY, ORTHOPEDICS, AND UROLOGY. THERE WERE 19,673 CLINIC VISITS DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021. SAUK CENTRE LAKESHORE ESTATES IS A 30-UNIT INDEPENDENT LIVING SENIOR HOUSING APARTMENT BUILDING THAT OFFERS RETIREMENT LIVING AT ITS FINEST. SAUK CENTER CARE CENTER IS A 60 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY WITH 16,562 RESIDENT DAYS OF CARE FOR FISCAL 2021.
