PRFC IS WORKING TO PROVIDE A RACISM-FREE COMMUNITY THROUGH ACTION ORIENTED PERSONAL COMMITMENTS, ORGANIZATIONAL EFFORTS, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SOCIAL ADVOCACY.

THE 2017 FORUM HAD 235 ATTENDEES WITH SPEAKERS ON DIVERSITY & INCLUSION PLANS, HEALTH DISPARITIES IN KENT COUNTY, RELIGION AND DIVERSITY, AND HISPANIC CULTURES IN WEST MICHIGAN. FEEDBACK NOTED THAT MANY LESSONS LEARNED CAN BE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO LOCAL WORKPLACES.
MONTHLY LUNCH AND LEARNS REACHED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS.
THE ENTITY ENGAGED TWO ORGANIZATIONS IN INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INVENTORIES. THE ENTITY INITIATED SEVERAL INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENTS AND COMPLETED ONE.
UNRESTRICTED SUPPORT IS GIVEN TO FACILITATE THE PROGRAM SERVICES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH ADMINISTERING THESE PROGRAMS.
