THE ORGANIZATION'S TENANT SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES ELDERLY RESIDENTS WITH MEALS SERVICES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES, INCLUDING YOGA CLASSES AND A BEAUTY SALON.


THE ORGANIZATION'S DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ACQUIRES LAND AND CONSTRUCTS AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.


RENTAL OPERATIONS - THE ORGANIZATION IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF A DOMESTIC LLC THAT OPERATES A 37 UNIT LOW-INCOME HOUSING FACILITY IN CHELMSFORD, MA. ADDITIONALLY, THE RESIDENCES AT 4 JAMES STREET CONSIST OF 5 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES. THE GREAT ELMS PROJECT CONSISTS OF 9 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR FAMILIES.
