DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES FOR FIVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS: PROVIDING ONE 39 RESIDENTIAL UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT TO THE CITY OF FARGO, ND; PROVIDING ONE 45 RESIDENTIAL UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT TO THE CITY OF WEST FARGO, ND; PROVIDING ONE 40 RESIDENTIAL UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT TO THE CITY OF WEST FARGO, ND; PROVIDING ONE 38 UNIT RESIDENTIAL UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT TO THE CITY OF WEST FARGO; PROVIDING ONE 54 RESIDENTIAL UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT TO THE CITY OF MINOT, ND; AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
