STATEMENTS OF PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1) PROVIDES CARE TO ALL PETTIS COUNTY CHILDREN WITH PHYSICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES; 2) PROVIDES LIVING ARRANGEMENTS, TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE TO ADULTS WITH DISIBILITIES (HOUSING AND INDEPENDENT LIVING PROJECTS); 3) PROVIDES TRAINING TO ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES (EMPLOYEE SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING UNITS); 4) PROVIDES HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR DISABLED ADULTS (RESPITE CARE).
