ITS QUALITY TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMMING IS OFFERED YEAR-ROUND TO STUDENTS AT PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS, HOMESCHOOLS, AND QUALIFIED YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA-FREE OF CHARGE. SINCE 2005, MORE THAN 10,000 STUDENTS HAVE BEEN IMPACTED BY BOTSIQ'S EXCITING, HANDS-ON STEM PROGRAM AS THEY DESIGN, BUILD, AND COMPETE WITH 15-POUND ROBOTIC CREATIONS, ALL THE WHILE SUCCESSFULLY GAINING THE TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR MANUFACTURING AND STEM CAREERS. ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDE INDUSTRY-BASED ONLINE COURSEWORK, CAREER PLANNING, AND A STATE-REGISTERED ROBOTICS TECHNICIAN PRE-APPRENTICESHIP.

THE PITTSBURGH CHAPTER NATIONAL TOOLING AND MACHINING ASSOCIATION PROVIDES REGIONAL MANUFACTURERS WITH AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM FOR INCUMBENT WORKERS SEEKING ADDITIONAL TRAINING.
