SOUTHERN MISSOURI COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER PROVIDED MEDICAL SERVICES INCLUDING ADULT MEDICINE, ACUTE AND CHRONIC DISEASE CARE, GYNECOLOGIC CARE, OBSTETRIC CARE AND DELIVERIES, PEDIATRIC CARE, WELL-CHILD PHYSICALS, IMMUNIZATIONS, ADULT PHYSICALS, COLON CANCER SCREENINGS, HEALTH EDUCATION, REFERRAL COORDINATION AND CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, MEDICAL SERVICES HAD 16,571 VISITS.
