MEMBERSHIP & CHAPTER SERVICES: COSTS OF PROVIDING PROGRAM AND APPLICATION MATERIAL TO MEMBERS; MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED TO EDUCATE, BUILD CHARACTER, AND CREATE FELLOWSHIP AMONG THE MEMBERS.
THE SUPREME COUNCIL & CONGRESS: COSTS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF RULES & REGULATIONS AIMED AT PROVIDING REWARDING PROGRAMS TO YOUTH TO ENCOURAGE THE NECESSARY AND PROPER DEVELOPMENT INTO MANHOOD.
