THE PURPOSE OF THE GOOD SAMARITAN FOUNDATION IS TO RESPOND TO THE ECONOMIC, EDUCATIONAL, & OTHER CHARITABLE NEEDS OF OLDER PEOPLE BY SECURING & MANAGING FINANCIAL RESOURCES. EXPENDITURES MAY TAKE INTO ACCOUNT INDIVIDUAL NEED & AFFILIATION WITH THE UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST. SPECIFICALLY, PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR THE CARE OF ELDERLY & FINANCIALLY NEEDY INDIVIDUALS.
