ENABLE MISSOURIANS IN JASPER, NEWTON, MCDONALD, AND BARTON COUNTIES TO REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AND ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH SOCIAL AND NUTRITIONAL SERVICES.

NUTRITION PROGRAMS: IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OLDER AMERICANS ACT, WE SERVED OVER 250,643 NUTRITIOUS CONGREGATE AND HOME-DELIVERED MEALS IN THE FOUR COUNTY AREA.


SUPPORTIVE SERVICES: IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OLDER AMERICANS ACT, WE PROVIDED 69,576 UNITS OF SERVICE WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES PROGRAMS IN THE FOUR COUNTY AREA.


FAMILY CAREGIVER: IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OLDER AMERICANS ACT, WE GAVE OVER 605 UNITS OF SERVICE WITHIN THE FAMILY CAREGIVER PROGRAM IN THE FOUR COUNTY AREA.
