TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF ETHICAL CONDUCT AND PROFESSIONALISM AMONG THE VARIOUS REAL ESTATE FIRMS AND OTHER CLOSELY RELATED BUSINESSES AND TO PROVIDE CERTAIN COOPERATIVE SERVICES TO PARTICIPATING MEMBERS.

THE ORGANIZATION COLLECTS AND REMITS THE MEMBERS' MEMBERSHIP FEES TO THE STATE AND NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS TO ENSURE ALL ARE ADHERING TO THE ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS.


TO HELP FOSTER A COOPERATIVE SPIRIT AMONG THE VARIOUS REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS AND THOSE IN RELATED FIELDS, THE ORGANIZATION HELD A QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEON AND AN ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BANQUET. ONLY THE EXCESS COSTS OVER ADMISSION FEES WERE PAID FOR BY THE ORGANIZATION.


THE ORGANIZATION PAID THE FEES FOR SEVERAL DIRECTORS TO ATTEND STATE DIRECTORS MEETINGS AND SEMINARS SO THEY CAN REMAIN FULLY APPRISED OF THE LATEST ISSUES RELATING TO PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND ETHICAL CONDUCT.
