WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - GOODWILL OF WESTERN MISSOURI AND EASTERN KANSAS PROVIDES EDUCATION AND CAREER SERVICES AS WELL AS JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE AND POST-EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER CHALLENGES TO EMPLOYMENT, SO THAT THEY CAN FIND AND KEEP A GOOD JOB. INDIVIDUALS CAN ACHIEVE GREATER LEVELS OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND ECONOMIC SUCCESS THROUGH EMPLOYMENT SKILLS TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE AND EMPLOYMENT RETENTION SERVICES THAT HELP STRENGTHEN COMMUNITIES, FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. ASSISTED OVER 600 INDIVIDUALS WITH JOB PLACEMENT IN 2021.
