THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ACQUIRED AT.005 GENERAL PARTNERSHIP INTEREST IN THE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP THAT ACQUIRED THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE INTEREST INCOME EARNED IS FROM PROGRAM INVESTMENTS AS THE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP IS OPERATING AFFORDABLE HOUSING WHICH IS THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION.
