THE MISSOURI SOUTHERN FOUNDATION IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, RECEIVING AND ADMINISTERING PRIVATE AND CORPORATE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE SUPPORT OF MISSOURI SOUTHERN STATE UNIVERSITY. THE FOUNDATION IS GOVERNED BY A BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHICH REVIEWS ALL APPLICATIONS FOR GRANTS AND ALLOCATED FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WISHES OF DONORS AND ON THE BASIS OF PRIORITIES OUTLINED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE COLLEGE, THE FOUNDATION DIRECTOR, AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
