THE ORGANIZATION IS DEVOTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF PLYMOUTH CHURCH, SPECIFICALLY THE CHURCH'S MISSION OF PROVIDING AFFORDABLE QUALITY HOUSING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS OF MODEST MEANS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2013, THE ORGANIZATION SOLD THE LAND, BUILDING AND OTHER PROPERTY IT OWNED TO PLYMOUTH PLACE ASSOCIATES, L.P., WHICH IN TURN SUBSTANTIALLY REHABILITATED THE PROPERTY PURSUANT TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM UNDER IRC SECTION 42. PLYMOUTH PLACE INC. REMAINS THE GENERAL PARTNER AND SUPPORTS THE CHURCH'S RELATED PROPERTY.
