JENNIE EDMUNDSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE JENNIE EDMUNDSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL'S KEY HOSPITAL BASED SERVICES INCLUDING THE BREAST HEALTH CENTER, CANCER-RELATED PROGRAMS, THE FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER AND CHARITABLE PATIENT CARE.A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN RESULTS ARE CHANNELED TO THE CHARITABLE CANCER FUND WHICH PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO JENNIE EDMUNDSON HOSPITAL CANCER CENTER PATIENTS IN THEIR TIME OF NEED. THE FUND HAS HELPED UNDER-INSURED WITH CO-PAYS AND DEDUCTIBLES. IN SOME INSTANCES WHERE NEED HAS BEEN DEMONSTRATED, THE FUND HAS PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR TREATMENT.
